Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Position4 ("the Service"), operated by Position4 ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Position4 reads your Google Search Console data on your behalf (read-only), crosses it with a sitemap pull, and presents a prioritized weekly SEO todo list. It is provided "as-is" for informational purposes; SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to grant Position4 access to any Google Search Console property you connect.
3. Account & security
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. Tell us immediately at hello@position4.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Don't attempt to bypass quotas, scrape the product, or reverse-engineer it.
- Don't use the Service to access GSC properties you don't legitimately have access to.
5. Pricing & billing
The Free plan covers one site. Pro is billed monthly at the price displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no refunds for the unused portion).
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you connect to Position4. We act as a processor on your behalf, strictly for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep Position4 available but make no uptime guarantee on the Free plan. For the Pro plan we target 99% monthly uptime.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Position4 is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer law applies otherwise.
